Myriad Expressions is the latest concoction of psychadelic morning madness from Electric Power Pole Records. The compilation includes 10 unreleased tracks from various artists around the world, featuring well known names such as Talpa, Texas Faggott, Hedonix, Terrafractyl and Broken Toy as well as some new artists with fresh approaches to the genre.
As with previous releases from this unique label, a diverse range of musical styles can be expected from old school goa style melodies and etheral atmospheric soundscapes to the funkiest ass shaking grooves. An emphasis on musicality and mood were an essential part of the selection criteria. The name of the album refers to the infinate forms and ways through which reality expresses itself.
TRhese songs are but a tiny cross section of the process, however their expression requires an extra element....thats where you, the dancer/listiner, comes in.

Electric power pole records proudly presents 'Order out of Chaos' the debut album of Australian based duo Hedonix. Robert Dilley and Steven Zanuttini started the Hedonix project in 2001 with the intention of bringing a unique flavour to the world of psychedelic trance.
Their highly original sound and versatility has seen them released on various record labels specialising in a diverse range of music such as electric power pole, Cosmic Conspiracy and Vertigo, and has also landed them bookings for live performances all over Australia, Japan and Europe since their first outings at indoor and outdoor parties and festivals in 2007.
The themes for the album include discordianism, duality, chaos theory and esoteric/occult teachings. The work is also heavily influenced by the writings of Robert Anton Wilson, to whom the album is dedicated.
These concepts are weaved into a constantly evolving tapestry of hypnotic rhythms, groovy bass lines, inspiring melodies, twisted textures and sound effects.
